MAKE SOMETHING WORTH STANDING BEHIND.

Honey Green is a Missouri cannabis cultivation and manufacturing company based in Joplin.

We cultivate indoors and outdoors. We process flower. We manufacture and assemble finished products. We package, fulfill, build brands, and support products made for the Missouri cannabis market. A lot happens between the first plant we care for and the finished product that reaches a customer. A lot of people have a hand in getting it right.

That is why our standard is simple:

Do work you are proud to stand behind.

WE'VE BUILT THE OPERATION. NOW WE'RE BUILDING WHAT'S NEXT.

Honey Green is a branding house and cannabis producer supporting multiple brands across Missouri. Our operation brings multiple processes together under one organization. Each area has its own craft, but none of them works alone. What happens in one department affects the next. Good work is carried forward. That is why we care about ownership, consistency, communication, and understanding how your work fits into something bigger.

We are Going for Growth, strengthening our operation, expanding our presence in the Missouri market, building stronger brands, and developing the people who can help take us there. There is more ahead of us. And there is room to grow with it.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME FROM CANNABIS.

Cannabis experience can be valuable. It is not required to build a career here. Some of our work looks like agriculture, some looks like manufacturing, some looks like food production or laboratory work; skills transfer, work ethic transfers, attention to detail transfers, curiosity transfers.

What matters is whether you are willing to learn the work, understand the standard, take feedback, solve problems, and become better at your craft. If you can bring that, we can teach a lot of the rest.

THE WORK CONNECTS.

At Honey Green, departments are not meant to operate like separate islands. Cultivation affects Processing. Processing affects Manufacturing and Packaging. Packaging affects Fulfillment. Understanding those connections matters. That is one reason cross-training is part of how we work. Learning another process or department can make you stronger in your current role—and sometimes it helps you discover work you want to pursue next. You may come through the door for one job and build a career somewhere you did not expect. We want that.

Your first role at Honey Green does not have to be your last.

GROW WHERE THE WORK TAKES YOU.

We prefer to develop and promote talent from within whenever the opportunity and capability line up. Growth can mean becoming stronger in your current craft. It can mean learning a new process, taking on greater responsibility, moving into a specialized role, becoming a leader, or finding a completely different part of the operation that fits your strengths. There is not one career path here. There are many.

Learn the work. Know your craft. Keep building.

LEADERS LEAD FROM THE FRONT.

Leadership at Honey Green is not meant to happen from a distance. Our leaders work directly with their teams. They understand the work, help remove obstacles, coach people, solve problems, and stay accountable for the results their teams produce. We expect leaders to demonstrate the standard they ask others to meet.

CASUAL DOESN'T MEAN CARELESS.

We want the workplace to feel straightforward. You should be able to be yourself, build strong relationships with the people around you, ask questions, exchange ideas, and focus on doing good work without unnecessary formalities. But cannabis is a highly regulated industry, which does comes with responsibility. Sanitation matters. Documentation matters. Safety matters. Compliance matters. Following established processes matters.

There are expectations we take seriously because the quality and integrity of our products, and our ability to operate, depend on them.

The standard stays high.

HOW WE WORK.

These five ideas shape how we expect people to approach the work, regardless of title or department.

OWN YOUR WORK.

Take responsibility for what leaves your hands. Know what you are responsible for, follow through, and care about the quality of the result.

DON'T WALK PAST IT.

If something is wrong, unsafe, out of place, inconsistent, or could become a bigger problem, do something about it. Speak up. Fix what you can. Get the right person involved when you cannot.

KNOW YOUR CRAFT.

Learn more than the steps. Understand the process, the standard, and the reason behind the work. Keep building your skills.

MAKE THE NEXT PERSON'S JOB EASIER.

Your work rarely ends with you. Do it well enough that the person, department, or customer after you starts from a better place.

LEAVE IT BETTER.

The room. The equipment. The product. The team. Look for ways to improve what you touch.

THERE'S A LOT HAPPENING HERE.

Great products do not happen by accident. They happen because people cared enough to do the work right. If that sounds like how you work, take a look at where you might fit.

Come make something worth standing behind.
